人稱代名詞前面用形容詞修飾, 事中式英文, 不適於正式文章.
建議用同位語的結構來表達:

"給可愛的你"
"給美麗的你"
"給有氣質的你"

For you, the lovely one
For you, the beautiful one
For you, the elegant one
