遙控車前輪不會轉

遙控車是這台

一買來前輪就不會轉，賣家說可換貨但一直沒回我地址
所以想請問有沒有高人能指點一下，前輪不會轉是哪邊有問題呢？

我有買另一台，按左右的按鈕時車輪會有聲音
可是這台按左右的按鈕時，車輪完全沒有聲音
