54e0f4a22801a0823fd795f8aa6c25c7 想想，兩萬多的價格也能買到不差的筆記型電腦了，手機記憶體超越筆電好像也不是什麼怪事。三星發佈基於 LPDDR4 20nm 技術的行動記憶體晶片，可堆疊成 4GB 容量的記憶體，速度更快，且也更加省電。

當智慧型手機記憶體（RAM）來到 1GB 的時候，我們覺得這真是太棒了，來到 2GB 的時候，我們覺得沒有什麼軟體可以難倒他了，3GB 出現的時候，我們開始懷疑是否 Note3 的預載軟體實在太多了才需要 3GB，接著，三星宣布他們將在明年 2014 推出給行動裝置使用的 LPDDR4 20nm 工藝的記憶體，可達 4GB 的容量，我覺得一定有哪些地方失去控制了，煞車在哪兒？

三星表示，這款 LPDDR4 的行動記憶體將較 LPDDR3 的版本效能快上 50%，同時也能夠減少 40% 的耗電。面對著 UHD（Ultra HD）超高解析度的手機面板挑戰，大容量的記憶體實有其必要，只是這速度實在來的讓人有些驚慌。我們最快 2014 年就可以買到搭載這一晶片的產品了，最有可能的即為三星自家旗艦 Galaxy S5。
