有關於房子租屋契約的問題

第一 : 契約上面有寫 , 預定租期是一年 , 契約上面也有寫一句話是我最不懂的
承租未滿三個月者亦處違約金三千元是什麼意思 ?!

住不滿3個月，要罰違約金3000元，其他的可能還有扣押金之類的，

要看完整合約內容

第二 : 我現在已經住滿第三個月要第四個月了 , 如果要搬遷 , 那請問 , 我還需要
　　　 繳納違約金之類的東西嗎 ?
　　　 這樣如果搬走是訂金一個月拿不回來 , 然後要繳清當月房租支後即可搬走 ?!

住滿3個月了，不用違約金，但要不要扣押金，看你怎樣跟房東談

是否要繳清當月房租，也是看你怎樣跟房東談

有的好一點的房東，可以押金去抵扣那些費用

有的就不行
