學弟刺死學長遭起訴　檢建請從重量刑

11月初位於新北市深坑區的東南科技大學餐廳內，發生一起學弟刺殺學長的命案，殺人的學弟隨即遭到警方逮捕，該名遭刺殺的學長，當場送醫治療後仍宣告不治。台北地檢署31日將這名孟姓學弟依殺人罪起訴。

該名就讀運動管理系大二的吳旻鑫(20歲)，7日中午和同學吳憲華與其他人到餐廳用餐，一行人從福利社走出時，19歲的孟姓學弟當時後吳憲華發生擦撞，不料孟嫌便朝吳憲華衝過來，撥掉他帽子挑釁，雙方隨即打了起來。吳旻鑫見狀想把雙方拉開，卻遭孟嫌持刀朝他左後胸、左腹等部位狂刺，當場大量出血。

同學見狀趕緊報警將他送醫，不料吳旻鑫在急救2天後，仍因失血過多且併發多重器官衰竭宣告不治。但警方暗中將孟男帶離，訊後被依殺人罪收押禁見。

台北地檢署審理此案，今天偵查終結，將孟嫌依殺人罪起訴，檢方認為孟嫌身為學生，不應帶皮帶刀進入校園，逞兇鬥狠，建請法院從重量刑。
