不同產業 存貨數據為何有如此差異

根據下列的資料
一、

公司名:台灣積體電路製造股份有限公司
產業別:半導體業
會計年度(第四季):101年
存貨佔資產之比重:3.96%
存貨週轉率:8.49
存貨週轉平均天數:43

公司名:統一企業股份有限公司
產業別:食品工業
會計年度(第四季):101年
存貨佔資產之比重:10.03%
存貨週轉率:8.88
存貨週轉平均天數:41.1

公司名:中國鋼鐵股份有限公司
產業別:鋼鐵工業
會計年度(第四季):101年
存貨佔資產之比重:13.64%
存貨週轉率:3.43
存貨週轉平均天數:106.3

**存貨周轉率即是全年週轉的次數，也就是說以平均庫存的存貨量而言，可在一年中出售的次數，可顯示＂銷售能力高低＂。而如果毛利率不便，則存貨週轉次數越多，利潤就越大。
根據上表資料顯示，似乎台積電和統一的銷售情況較好。

存貨周轉率和存貨週轉天數呈反向關係，及存貨周轉率越高，存貨週轉天數越少，存貨週轉天數少，及代表存貨銷售順暢，而根據上述所對照表格內的數據，似乎台積電和統一企業經營較佳。
