正隆都更案　挨批「美河市翻版」

【郭美瑜／台北報導】北市杭州南路、濟南路口，臨近台灣大學社科院的正隆都更案877坪土地，現正進行都市審議程序，但北市議員李慶鋒今質疑，該案市有地占65%，市府卻在2006年馬英九市長任內簽核「不主導」，主導該案的建商正隆公司僅持有4坪土地，卻可分回35%，此案如同「美河市翻版」。

李慶鋒認為，若以正隆都更案的建坪市價按比率計算，估算市府損失約15億元；此案仍在都市審議程序，市府應懸崖勒馬，勿再造成市府巨額損失。
