內政部長李鴻源3日表示，台中高等行政法院更一審判大埔4拆遷戶勝訴，內政部尊重法院的判決。不過，公部門對此案還有上訴的權利，內政部將在收到判決書後，與法務單位研究，考量全民最大利益，再決定是否提出上訴。

李鴻源同時表示，4拆遷戶在大埔案勝訴，所牽涉的問題，還不只4拆遷戶的權益，也涉及其他拆遷戶，未來是否得一併還地，因此，內政部一定要思考整體全民最大利益做考量。

台中高等行政法院更一審今天宣判，判決張藥房、朱樹、黃福記及柯成福4拆遷戶勝訴，其他駁回。
