民進黨立委高志鵬今天下午在立法院司法法制委員會質詢時質疑，由法務部成立調查小組調查檢察總長黃世銘，「西廠調查東廠一樣」，都是打手，互相掩護，部長羅瑩雪如今就像「黃世銘的辯護律師」，難道是律師當習慣了？

法務部長羅瑩雪則反駁說，「我不是這種心態」。
