從ios7的備份檔回復到ios6的手機內

舊的手機已經升級到ios7了
經過備份後想回復進新手機內
新手機是ios6 上面當然寫著要回復到最新版才能裝進去
有什麼辦法可以單獨裝幾個app進去就好嗎
我想裝的是e動郵局由於備份檔內才有憑證
如果要重新裝就要跑一趟郵局再辦一次
但如果能直接回復就不必跑了
所以想問有沒有辦法可以只裝e動郵局進去就好
我需要那個憑證呀><
ＰＳ我不想裝ios7 過場很短的ios6還是比較喜翻～～
