破泰式按摩店經營色情 查獲逃逸外勞

台北市警方掃黃，在八德路四段查獲泰式按摩店暗中媒介色情，除了帶回張姓和阮姓負責人之外，也逮捕兩名從事半套性交易的逃逸外勞，全案訊後分別依妨害風化罪嫌和違反社維法究辦。

警方獲報，位在八德路四段的永康泰式養生會館，疑似掛羊頭賣狗肉，暗地從事色情，警方明查暗訪，蒐證之後，前往搜索查緝，在二樓包廂裡查獲女按摩師替男客做半套性交易服務，起出留有跡證的紙內褲和近萬元非法營業所得。警方除了帶回張姓和阮姓負責人之外，也逮捕馬姓和黎姓二名從事色情按摩的逃逸外勞。

警方調查，兩名負責人因為是大陸籍和越南籍配偶，她們專門收留同鄉的女子，媒介從事半套性交易。警方在偵訊之後，將男客和女按摩師依違反社維法裁罰，逃逸外勞也被送移民署專勤隊。至於二名主嫌，則是依妨害風化等罪嫌移送法辦。警方強調，後續將追查非法外勞仲介的來源。
