馮媛甄平常對時事非常關心，她透露《蘋果》是她的Line好友，有重大新聞發生時，《蘋果》都會在Line跳出即時新聞與熱門新聞提醒訊息，讓她不會錯過。

她說今天看到「進擊的小敏爸爸帶你上山看巨人！」她前日才扮演因廣告爆紅的小敏，對小敏印象深刻，再加上她相當沈迷《進擊的巨人》，她說：「被標題騙進去看了！結果內容是講車子。」不過她還是很認真的將新聞看完，直說有趣。

提及她的戀情動態也是新聞焦點，她笑答不怕在即時新聞看到自己的新聞，「因爲最近都沒有！」（顏馨宜／台北報導）
