遠通電收網站查通行費又塞　惹民怨

遠通電收官網（www.fetc.net.tw）繼昨天出現塞機後，今天又有狀況。民眾張先生向《蘋果》投訴，遠通網站上午8時多查詢服務又掛了，查個資料都沒辦法。民眾林先生也大罵，遠通電收吃人夠夠，連網頁都開不了，已試半小時仍進不去，好火大。遠通電收表示，因為防止流量過大導致系統出狀況，因此電信公司採取網站流量管制，今早才會出現排隊進網站的情況，約上午9時過後就紓解。（李姿慧／台北報導）
