北客南下　興富發高雄美術館案潛銷破百

【王筱君／台北報導】高雄市豪宅買氣漸回溫，吸引北客南下購屋，其中興富發位於鼓山區的「華人匯」1個月賣出50戶，台北客約佔9成。另外，興富發位於美術館第1排建地則進入潛銷期。代銷甲山林業務部經理部黃惠玲表示，預約人數已破百。
 
興富發美術館帝王段案名未定，將規劃210戶200~250坪，推案價每坪60~80萬元，創區域新高。該建案具景觀稀有性。黃惠玲指出，置產客購屋會傾向選區段、不選城市，台北房價高，「南下購屋壓力變小。」
