Panasonic傳售日本3主力半導體廠

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】日本消費電子大廠Panasonic持續出脫虧損業務，據傳已與以色列專業晶圓代工廠TowerJazz達成初步共識，擬在本年度（至2014年3月底）將日本3座半導體廠分拆出來成立新公司，再將新公司過半股權出售給TowerJazz。這3座工廠價值估約100億日圓（約29億元台幣）。

據《日本經濟新聞》報導，除了出售位於日本富山縣魚津市、富山縣礪波市與新瀉縣妙高市的3座主力工廠外，Panasonic還與新加坡企業進行協商，有意出售位於中國、印尼、馬來西亞等地的海外半導體組裝廠。

Panasonic積極處分虧損半導體業務的消息，激勵今天股價飆漲3.46%，收在近3年新高1167日圓。
