Illustrator 製作大圖開啟製作尺寸問題

第一次要做
寬60cm高90cm
的圖~但在Illustrator裡
一開始開這大的尺寸檔去製作感覺很大
也擔心做好是不是會因為檔會太大無法存~
或是交給對方開起會當機問題~

所以製作大圖，一開始都要用真實尺寸嗎?
還是用等比去做，再給廠商去拉大?

像是60*90，我就用一半比例30*45或是
四分之一15*22.5去做呢?
