大家好！ 我親人在外包的廠商簽約工作做清潔員的工作， 每天工作12個小時(中午和下午吃飯時間共1小時)， 月休四天，沒有年終，月薪大概是21K~22K， 因為那間廠商已經連續得標十幾年了， 所以他也在那邊工作了大概11~12年！ 公司沒有給特休！ 且他們裡面的會計中間的時間，都會偷打下班卡， 營造出他只有工作8小時，沒有超時上班的問題！ 請問如果想去勞工局申訴的話， 要如何舉證？ 勞工局會派人去搜證嗎？(感覺好像沒那麼好心> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.143.114.107
