台灣佳能是彩虹? 還是CANON原廠?

剛剛把鏡頭連同機身送去台北市和平西路的CANON調焦~

以下是我跟櫃姐的對話...

櫃檯小姐:我們是CANON原廠不是彩虹公司

我:那你們跟彩虹公司什麼關係

櫃檯小姐:他們賣我們CANON的產品

我:你們是CANON原廠，那我假設我去日本買的CANON商品，你們也有保固囉?

櫃檯小姐:我們會酌收相關費用(檢測費、維修費)

之前在網路爬文

關於維修等等問題，若是出現糾紛...大家都罵彩虹...?

但奇怪的是，他們自稱是CANON原廠，跟彩虹沒有關係，那為何大家都駡彩虹?

另外
既然他們是CANON原廠，那我日本買的CANON商品也是原廠貨
為何他們要多收檢測費...?
