馬總統今天接見第30屆中日工程技術研討會的日本學者時表示，政府這兩年來努力加強核電廠的安全防護，並建立一套機組斷然處置措施，在危機已經接近失控情況下，「可以把電廠整個摧毀，避免幅射外洩」。

他也重申，沒有核安，就沒有核電。
